Biographical Sketch

Dr. Poulter is currently a Professor Emeritus at the University of Rochester Cancer Center. Dr. Poulter was in military service as Captain, R.A.M.C. from 1956 to 1958. He has been an active member of the American Society of Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology since 1968; the American Society of Addiction Medicine since 1999; and the American Association of Medical Review Officers since 1999. He has been a visiting professor at the Hahnemann Medical College, Philadelphia since 1972. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the American Cancer Society(Monroe County Unit), and the American Cancer Society(New York State Division).
