All presenters receive full funding for conference-related travel and hotel room, as well as conference registration and related food. The URMC Office of Continuing Professional Education will be your primary liaison for conference related travel and expenses.

Travel

Due to the many variety of travel needs, presenters are asked to make their own travel arrangements to/from Rochester, save your receipts and the CPE will reimburse you later. The Rochester International Airport is only 2 miles from the University of Rochester, and less than 5 miles from downtown and the hotel.

in downtown Rochester, near the river and the Jazz Festival events

Free shuttle service will run between the conference hotels and the University of Rochester medical center. If you have any special food or housing needs (e.g. need an extra room for family or guests), please contact the CPE office to help with those arrangements.
