Presentations
Each presentation is given a 20 minute time slot to include both the presentation and a question/answer session.
Thus, presentations should be kept 15-18 minutes in length. Presentations will use an LCD projector and both a PC
and Mac laptop with OpenOffice will be available to port your presentations to.
Due to the tight time schedule, all presenters are
asked to port their presentations to the host computer prior to the session preceding your talk's session, if not earlier.
An A-V technician will be available throughout both days to assist in porting your presentation and ensuring that it is
functioning as expected.
Preparation for Publication of Session Reviews
The conference organization committee and the session moderators have decided to publish reviews of each session as independent
communications to an appropriate journal, such as the on-line Journal of Radiation Oncology.
All presenters will be listed as co-authors.

To make this process smooth for the moderators, you may be asked to provide
a draft of your presentation slides and a summary paragraph of your work to your session moderator prior to the conference,
in hopes that the moderators can create a draft of the session review prior to the conference, and add finishing touches
before the completion of the weekend's events. The final drafts will be circulted to a presenters for critiques and
corrections prior to publication.
